I am so fed up with Blue Bean. I need an answer as to where my money is going. I have been paying but the amount that I owe doesn't decrease but keeps increasing. I have amended my details as they told me that they did not capture my e-mail address correctly but I still don"t get statements yet they expect me to pay. The last time i logged a complaint they told me that the money is going into admin services. But I have been paying since last year and all the money doesn't go against my credit. This is the worst service I have ever been offered. So until you Blue Bean care for your customers and send me statements and give me feedback with sense in it, then i won't be paying. And please cancel this credit card because. You misled me into opening a credit card now you are failing to send statements. YOUR SERVICE IS VERY POOR! I NEED AND ANSWER ASAP. THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT AND IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A SENSE ANSWER I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER BECAUSE I CANNOT KEEP PAYING NOT KNOWING WHERE MY MONEY IS GOING!!!
