Tried to pay with my Virgin Money card yesterday - message to vendor: 'do not honour' received. When phoning Virgin Money to ask why this is happening, their response was 'you need to send documentation to have you RICA'd every two years'. No request had been sent to me in any form - telephonically, e-mail or SMS. They just put a block on my card!!! They also refuse to unblock my card until they receive the docs! What kind of service is that???
