Good day
Its been two weeks since I had a someone broke into my car and all my belongings and still waiting for my insurance to replace my window. The second complaint my insurance states no access if claim is more than R5000.00 my claims was R1850. for the window R750.00 access my lockable box behind the seat of my Colt club cab got ripped out to replace it R4085.00 my belongings inside the box plus minus R7000.00 my suitcase with two weeks of clothing plus minus R4500.00 now they are not replacing my box because the claim is less than R5000.00. they are only paying R4000.00 minus R550.00 access
Please advise what I am to do.
