My complaint is against a service provider of above, Drain Geyser plumbing experts in Silverton. Lodged a claim with ABSA, no 2352168, for leaking toilet pipe. DG replaced flush pipe and rubber cone, the latter was essence of problem. I paid less than excess amount of R500 (R275) - 3 weeks later cone burst and was replaced by DG free of charge under warranty. - plus minus 3 weeks later rubber cone burst again. Last week I logged a call again with DG. This time they claim rubber cone was never replaced in first instance and that I should have paid more the first time and they refused to do any repairs last week. (They indicated before that call out calls are less than normal in event of insurance claims.) This is unacceptable. They fixed the problem just to see defaults a few weeks apart, and now suddenly claim they did not do what they actually did.
