COMPLETE RIP OFF ON WHAT IS INSURED

I am extremely disappointed and so angry at the service I have received from OUTSURANCE!
I have been paying my premium on a laptop to the value of R11, 000.00 due to the fact that I paid almost
R9000-00 for this laptop about 2 years ago.
The reason I insured it to that value is so that should something happen to it - I would get a very good decent same value as I paid for mine replaced.
Now I get told they only pay the replacement value and the price of the new one Outsurance is offering me is R3999.00!
I find this total daylight, I am not interested in the whole spiel of new technology etc as the 1st one they tried to palm off on me was in fact launched in 2012 - how is that the latest technology?
I have had to fight back and forth with Jamal Valtyn and the utterly incompetent (could care less) Kevin Buchler from It sure who is contracted to Outsurance.
I amd deeply disattisfied with the situation and will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere and will tell everyone that I know to move from this total rip off.
I should be given the opportunity to get a laptop to at lease R9k - THATS WHAT I INSURED!
