I called Outsurance last week and to move my insurance, when I was informed that after cancelling the PABX system I was still paying on an R140 000 value of our office goods. The call centre agent said he will look into this and revert back to me... I have heard nothing to date. The furniture and goods are only valued at R20 000 max!!!
This is the 2nd time I have had problems with outsurance, as they previously insured my laptop for a larger amount almost 3 times its value!!!
I would like a refund for over paying on goods that aren't to the value they have recorded and they need to pull up the phone call for this!
