Goods paid in FULL Dec 2013 and NOTHING!!

We bought two white puffin bar stools on 17 December 2013 at @Home in Melrose arch..Paid for them as well as for two black ones that were ordered. The decor consultant (Thokozani) said they will phone once we can collect the 2 black ones from Melrose Arch. On the 7th of January we called the branch as we havent heard anything. Thokozani was 'Day off" and Leroy said he will ask Thokozani to callus the next day. We heard nothing, we called again the next day to find out that Thokozani had @ days off, Leroy tried to help but couldnt and promised to phone back, he never did. On 20 Jan 2013 we called and asked to speak to the Manger. They siad she is unavailable but will call back. She did not. Today I called and Thokozani is again not there and the manager was in a meeting. I insisted to speak to someone that could help me. The assistant manager eventually called me backj (she isat least helpfull) and said they cat get the chairs to melrose Arch. This is totally unacceptable and therefore I deand afull refund for the 2 white chairs I am taking back and the 2 black ones never received. I have spend a lot of money at this spesific branch and will never buy from them in future.
