Where are you during working hours???

I get there to make a deposit and the teller uses the incorrect ref number I go in again to have it fixed and there's no one in the frontline who wants to help I walked in the back side of the bank and the lasy at sales calls someone from the back to help what service is this absa must just close down waste of time and money. And I told them not to debit the rewards any more please stop debiting I just need to close this account sies man!
