WAITING FOR 10 (TEN) MONTHS FOR A RESPOND

OPENED ACCOUNTS FOR MY TWO CHILDREN WITH ABSA MONTANA. ABSA PROMISED ME THAT THE ACCOUNT MY EX HUSBAND OPENED FOR THEM ABOUT TEN YEARS BACK WONT BE LINKED TO THIS AND THAT I WOULD HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND SOLE MANDATE TOGETHER WITH MY KIDS.

WHEN REALIZING AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEREAFTER THAT MY EX HUSBAND HAVE POA AS WELL AS SM ON THEIR ACCOUNTS ABSA PHONED HIM AND REQUEST THAT HE MUST COME IN AND CLOSE HIS ACCOUNT WHICH WAS NOT USED FOR LONGER THAN 6 (SIX) MONTHS, WITH NO SUCCESS.

I TOOK ALL THE CERTIFIED COPIES TO ALDALENE (IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY) AND SHE SAID THAT HEAD OFFICE WILL DO THE NECESSARY CHANGES.

NEEDLESS TO SAY - ABSA DIDN'T CORRECT ANYTHING AT ALL.
