Lack of response and feedback

After being left with no choice but to enter into a debt review process and a fair amount of research I elected to go with Debt Safe AKA Adcap, the sign up process was fantastic but from then on it has been a rocky road. I repeatedly email my relationship manager and get infrequent responses. Recently one of my creditors - MFC sent me a notification that they were withdrawing from the process as a result of non payment following 60 days. When I approached my relationship manager regarding the letter I had received I was provided with no response, a week later when I sent through a scanned copy of the letter I received a lacklustre response along the lines of "we knew about it already", I asked for feedback and have heard nothing despite asking several times. Just to be clear - when entering the process I questioned the repossession of my vehicle and was assured on several occasions that provided I paid my monthly debt review amount I ran no risk of this taking place - I have without fail paid the agreed amount. I feel as though I left in the dark here and regret my choice of provider - I am on the brink of withdrawing and paying the creditor myself because I am let down.
