My loan is set to go off every friday but this week it took the money thursday and friday again, I cannot be in arrears because I made sure to leave more then enough money in my account last week for the loan to deduct. I'm not sure it deducted last week but that was not my fault the money was in my account, I am very disappointed and angry and would like a refund because the fault was not mine and now I'm in trouble because I could not afford the double deduction of my loan this week but you took it anyway.what is going on can someone please tell me!?
