Lying Staff and no Feedback!

I called in 2query a cash deposit fee on my homeloan acct. The agent Loren was clueless and wantd me 2call another number. I sed no, she needs to escalate the matter. She put me on hold and came back to say it is a fee whenevr I use my accessbond and she got this info from her T/L.I sed, I've never been charged this b4 and Y cash DEPOSIT fee if i used the acct? She cudn't answer so I asked 2spk 2her T/L that gave this info, Obv he wasnt avail, nor was the manager etc. I threated that I wud fone the HOD Wayne and report her as I know him, we worked together. She changed her tune to say a "senior colleague" gave her this info! I threatened her agen and suddenly a T/L was avauilable. Apparent;y it was a fee if u make xtra deposits into your acct, but couldnt tell me the pricing or the date this changed. He was gona check and get back to me, STILL WAITING!!! I did have 2 miss calls from a pvt number on my fone, but wudn't no if it was him as he never left a vmail!!! Pathetic, i want a response!
