Cash Deposit Fee

Hi

I have been charged CDF from July 2013 without any notification
I was also charged an extra CDf without making a cash deposit

The homeloan dept refuses to reverse the charges
I would not have made a cash deposit if I was informed that the rules have changed

PLEASE HELP
