Terrible service! Have to chase sales agent to buy

I have been trying to get info on the pricing of Holiday Club points since April this year!
I dont ever get a responses from the "customer care" email address on the holiday club website. I called & requested this info a number of times. FINALLY the sales agents admin staff called me to set up an appointment for Friday 23 Aug at my house. They refuse to provide advice or prices over the ph. A different admin staff calls to say "her manager Gerhard cannot make that Friday, will Saturday be ok" - I already changed my plans to stay home Fri - but accepted for Sat. Sat Gerhard himself called & couldnt make it for personal reasons, which I was very humane & understanding about & asked that he reschedule for during the week. On monday a FIFTH admin staff (now) called me to arrange a meeting at my house for Wednesday & gave me times either 5pm, 6pm or 7pm & insisted that another "manager" named Lucas has to come on that day because the are in the area. After many calls back & forth (DURING MY WORKING HOURS) we confirmed 6pm. i'm home waiting & at 6pm another admin staff calls to say it has be after 7pm! AFTER we confimred for 6 & noting I was not avail later. No1 called back since!??!?
