Unhappy with investigation outcomes!!!

My friend was withdrawing money at Othandweni Garage Ex1 at Thokoza using Standard bank ATM. While punching the pin the screen display INVALID VOUCHER, thats when she cancel the transaction. Unfortunately the card got stucked. Immediately she called Capitec hotline number while still on the ATM. While on that phone she got my update notice, about R3500 that has been withdraw from her account.she also notify the lady she was speaking to about that transaction. That transaction was made at Shorprite ATM, about 10 minutes walk from where she was.

Capitec requested her to make statement at the nearest police station for them to conduct their investigations. they conducted that investigation within a week and the outcomes was that it is her negligent, somebody knows her pin number and therefore she won't get her money back.

I feel that Capitec has failed her. How do you explain withdrawals from ATM that the card was not stucked from? This is pure and Capitec must take full responsibility and give her money back. If Capitec that how they treat their customers. I can assure you that they are going down the drain. I rather keep my money at home than banking with such a bank.
