FNB charge another R190 AFTER loan settled

Earlier this year I took out a loan of R7000 to purchase a Coricraft sofa for my new home. This loan was meant to be settled at the end of June with a final payment of approximately R1600. This was made but imagine my surprise when without explanation FNB added an additional R188 to this account and kept it open instead of closing it.

I phoned the Premier Banking line and the person agreed that this was incorrect and that I would receive a call from someone within 3-5 working days to rectify this. That was 2 weeks ago!!! I have had 0 response from them at all. Imagine the poor buggers that these are swindling out of this sort of money. If they add 188 rand onto 1000 people's loans after they're supposed to have been settled then they've racked in 188000 rand. I nice little to make additional money.

FNB I used to tell all my friends and family how fantastic your service was but lately your service and no care attitude have forced me to change my tune. This is the second time this year I've had to complain about FNB on hello peter due to poor service.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!
