A month ago i went to the Atlone park Fnb atm with my Capitec card to withdraw money and i immediately recieved a sms saying that the money was taken out at Arbour crossing, immediately i called the Fnb call center and was told to call Capitec to report the money. Which i did and they said they will conduct an investigation and get back to me! As of today i still havent heard from them! How can i ever trust these banks. Iam so upset cause i was told i will get my money back when Fnb and Capitec compaired balances. But iam still waiting.
