I spoke to a call centre agent yesterday to try and get a better quote for insurance on my car. She could not beat my current insurance and therefore as per ALL your wonderful advertising did not bother to follow through on the promotion that Outsurance promises all over the TV and radio. I feel if you make a promise you should stick to it. I have laid a complaint, but nobody has conveniently gotten back to me. I would not advise anyone even to bother phoning them as they don't follow through.
