I have taken out an investment with for R150.00 for quite a long time and in March 2013 I incurred a loss of income due to illness. Then in April I got my salary back and only to realise now that Old Mutual has never contacted me about that and I assumed that it will go through double in April. I went to the branch and was so desapointed to find out that my policy has been cancelled without my knowledge. No one, no letter no communication was done with me in order to fix this. Hence I paid and I would like to find out where is my money that I have paid so far since well they decided to cancel it without informing me or trying to find out what is the cause of the non payment in March. I am so so really let down by you as you promise to communicate with me in all times and if I have any problem you will be there for me. If you feel that you cannot go on with me please give me my hard earned money and then cancel your policy as I did not cancel it.
