Costly Delays by Old Mutual

I had a Policy mature on the 1st March 2013. On the 3rd March I instructed my Broker to invest the funds in Fairbairn Capital. According to OM they only received that instruction on the 13th March.
The money was then processed and paid by OM into the wring account " Frontiers' Investment. I think around the 18th March. It then had to be reversed and re deposited to Fairbairn Capital who then eventually issued the Investment on the the 27th March.
I was given R318 interest on my money for this period. I do not accept that because of all the delays by Old Mutual and wrong account I am penalised.
I want to know who is repsonsible for this debacle, as no one wants to take responsibility. I also want proper interest levied and paid to me for my money not being invested for 3 weeks.
