Good day

i have tried an registered for a credit report however they asked me to fax through documents, however it has been 2weeks later an im still struggling just to get a credit report.

i do feel this is unacceptable because i keep on calling an then they cant give me the reason why i need to wait this long however its always given a period of 5 days every day i call an its actually now already 2weeks later.

could you please assist me with just getting my credit report or atleast inform me what the hold up is when i have submitted all the documentation that was needed.
