I've been a Standard Bank customer for many years. I am continually bombarded by cell phone calls from their sales staff offering me new products or account upgrades etc. They want me to sign up on the spot, telephonically. I refuse to do this. Where I am interested, I request they email me the info and from there I will make a decision & revert to them. They always promise to do this and not once have I received the promised information! I do not appreciate people cold calling and then lying to me! Standard Bank, I think you need to teach your sales staff about business integrity.
