Slow Lounge Access and Account being closed

I used the FNB slow lounge in King Shake airport in December 2013, the lady at the entrance siad i will not be charged for the use of the slow lounge, but i was charged none the less.

there was a deposit made into my cheque account but for some reason the funds did not get transferred into my account, not sure if FNB closed the account but i received no notification, i tried calling the Premium bank number on 05/02/2014 but got a recoding saying that the systems are donw and there is nothing that can be done and i should call back
