I purchased a 3G Cell-C "Speed" stick and loaded some prepaid on it (which is only valid for 30 days)
and I have been unable to establish an internet connection in Ballito, subsequently wasting all my loaded prepaid airtime which will expire soon. I am also in the process of getting a new Cell C contract, but this negative experience is seriously effecting my network selection decision.
I am ideally looking for a refund on the airtime which was purchased. Alternatively I would like Cell C to actually deliver on the level of service coverage they advertise.
