FNB has changed there insurance again. New no 1014588449. So I had a conversation with Khanqi Radebe. The new insurance started on 1 July, but FNB did not cancel the old insurance. When I complained to FNB I was told to go to a branch... sit on a chair for 2 hours... or write a letter, I must write a letter to ask for my money back, but they made the mistake, if I don't write the letter they can not refund me. Well I did send them the letter, it is 10 days today and I am still waiting.
