Lack of urgency and response

As we all know the Stock Market is an important place to be efficient when it comes to quick responses. I recently expanded my trading accounts and signed up with Standard Banks online trading. I did this with the goal in mind to buy a certain share that could be bought at a great price.

It has been 3 days and I am still no closer in trading, after I have deposited money into my trading account. I need to get trading, urgently!

I now need to post documents before I can begin trading.
Other platforms have been more efficient and helpful in this regard.
