Hallo, I have applied for a credit card on Thursday, I signed the contract, received my card and then the guys at Pretoria North Branch told me that my employer is not on their database and therefor have to be created. I called on Money 8 July only to be told this has not happened yet. I have called them numerous times Tuesday 9 July and this is still not resolved. It cannot be that difficult to add my employer to the database!! I would like to have this issue resolved so that I can start to use the card!!
