I have always had great customer service from fnb. And their staff is very professional and friendly, all my troubles gets instantly resolved. However, today, trying to call them to resolve an issue is impossible. I have been on hold for multiple times now with different cellphones and have now wasted over R70 in airtime to try and reach them. Pathetic pathetic pathetic... Not at all what I have come to expect from a world class bank like fnb. Now I have a problem with reaching home loans and no matter what I do it will probably cost me another R100 in airtime... sigh.this issue aside, great work fnb and keep it up. I will be a loyal customer for years to come
