I have filled in my chargeback request on the 5th of Novermber 2012 which was for a return 1 time flight, the dates for the services not delivered were 28Dec - 3 Jan. It is now the 21st of January and despite 10 or more emails to both consultants that i dealt with and the chargebacks division - including at 6-8 phone calls. I still do not have my money. It has been over 9 days since either of them have responded to me via email or telephone.
I then called in tuesday and thursday last week and finaly spoke to a consultant on thurs who then called me back on friday and stated that the money will be credited in the next 24/48hrs. Surprise 48 hours or more later i still do not have my money.
how hard can it be as a prestige client to get some service or basic feedback from a bank i have been with for 20 years- honestly this is ridiculous ..., all my colleagues who booked this very flight from other banks such absa, fnb, nedbank have all recieved there money!
i demand some sort of explanation ...! else i will be moving my account to another bank
