I am appalled by the service i have received from African Bank, i applied for a loan for the Funeral arrangement, an I was told its approved must come on the 1 July with all other documentation and signed off the contract, funeral was on the 06 July, i kept calling and was told different stories by each an every consultant that was annoying beyond the imagination shortly still did not get the t money for the funeral than i had to ask someone for the money hoping by Monday will get the money guess what i still dont have it, no feedback or anything.
if my application did not be successfully why was I to, false hope, great inconvinience in time of my loss, traumatised as ever, digusted because i know i have had help from African Bank before
