No luck, don't ever believe them

Hi there,
I've been waiting for a refund to be done on monies paid towards my VAF. My account was overpaid.
The refund got done for R1200. My refund should be R5882.00. The above mentioned people keep on passing the buck and don't get back to me, even if i just requesting their turn around times they don't reply. I've never been treated this bad. As long as the banks and credit providers collect your money they are fine, but just wait until you claim against them for taking too much money. You will wait forever. They don't even have the decency to revert back to me. How has it come to this?
We all work hard for our money and deserve to be treated with the correct respect. I'm sure if it was me owing them money they wouldn't have stopped bugging me, but the reason for this is because they owe me money.
I'm sick of this, don't bank with Standard bank, they are.
