I would like to thank Faeez for assisting me last week.
I had cancelled my policy (not because of service or premium, but I work for an insurance company myself and opted to go for the employee package by the way) but there were items that was supposed to have been deleted before the cancellation date which i forgot to do... he not only gave me options as how to go about it, but did it with such a fantastic attitude and friendliness that i'm almost sad to "leave".
I must admit that the first person I spoke to about the whole situation (unfortunately it was a different day and I didn't take a name) didn't give me an option, she only said that it couldn't be done.
Faeez could easily have done the same, but opted to help me instead - gone out of his way to assist me in the best possible way..
