Appalling Service

I applied for a smartphone thru FNB and got a response via sms that I did not meet the credit criteria despite being a GOOD FNB customer for 13 years, with a clear credit report and no bounced debit orders on my account. I know i am not on ITC and have a good credit overall cedit rating but FNB is simply saying I cant afford R299 for the S4. I then called them to get a more detailed explanation and the 1st agent said I must fone smart devices dept which I did and was told No i must fone another dept so they can give me the credit report (ehich I dont need) as they could not give me those dtls and when I wanted to find out more info from that call centre agent and also explained to her that I called the dept she was asking me to call again, she just hung up the fone on my ear and just sounded very irritated by the questions I was asking her. I am very dissapointed by FNB and have been for a while with the lack of help I get from them as my bank and I have been seriously considering changing banks because of the charges and the lack of good customer service and I really think this is the final straw.
