I applied for a loan on Tuesday the 2nd of July at Risik street branch I was assisted by Thandeka I signed a contract and I was informed that the funds would be transferred in 48 hours. I advised her that my number 0835342568 is giving me problems, I gave her alternative number 0798267019/ 0796460134. I went to the branch on Thursday she just told me that they will contact me. Until date I haven't heard anything from African Bank I sent them an email to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on Saturday and today. They haven't responded can someone revert back with the status of my application.
