I refer to account ref ZAR 000028668_MB. This is for cell phone number 071 678 2347. I am getting harassed by pholosa financial services for payments outstanding. I have no idea what these outstanding amounts are for, and have received no statements to confirm the above. The payment of R159.00 is deducted from bank account every month, the last payment was deducted on 28.06.2013.
I can no longer put up with this constant harassment and would like this contract to be cancelled immediately. I have never been informed when the contract ends or when it has been renewed. This is in contravention of the CPA, so it should not be a problem to end the contract.
I await the statement of the account per email and confirmation that the contract has been ended.
I await your response and please desist from handing over my account to Pholosa - I am sick of them as they can never give me any information about the account!
