Misleading leading Advirtisement

Good day. First of all i have recently found, discovered that Capitec is not as fourth coming as they appear. EXAMPLE: You can increase your daily limit to R10 000, however you can only withdraw R5 000 at a time. You then have to repeat the withdrawn process to obtain the other R5 000. This would then cost more than you would pay for service fees by any other ATM. MY point, and most importantly i want to complain about is the Purchasing of Prepaid Electricity. You dial *120*3279# options for prepaid electrricity. The last screen reads: Enter the amount you wish to purchase or Choose. I then typed 20, (no numbering for this option) and entered. You then returned to the same menu. I then decided to call the Call Center, spoke to a consultant who told me that i am unable to purchase R20, and the options only starts with R30. This is misleading and i don't have to explain why i only want R20 electricity. This amounts to False advertisement, and as a Customer of Capitec Bank, I DEMAND an explanation. MY REF NO: 8628534
