On the 02 Sep i received an email from FNB advising that my policy will be cancelled and moved to Auto&General, next i received new policy documents from A&G.
I was never consulted about the move and i had to contact A&G myself to confirm the new cover as FNB never got back to me. The agents simply told me to call A&G.
Now i'm faced with a problem as FNB has debited me as well as A&G and nobody can explain why i need to pay 2 premiums to 2 different companies for 1 cover in 1 month!!!
