FNB, every client s/b treated like the only client

I deposited a foreign cheque on the 24/6/2013, to Forex Sandton City, where I was informed, that it will take 3 to 5 working days to clear, it took 9 days, after rant and raving on the 57/2013, my cheque was cleared late afternoon. The service I received from FNB since the 24/6/2013, was nothing but shocking, pathetic.
I have phoned, e-mailed numerous times to get this sorted. I am still being ignored.

I am not letting my Interest Claim go for the 2/7/2013;3/7/2013 and the 4/7/2013. Plus the fact that FNB charged me R165.00 for doing me a favour for clearing my cheque, I deem as disgusting, after the service received from FNB.
I have sent Sandton City Branch another e-mail this morning, including [Email Removed] which is the 3rd mail to [Email Removed] with no response, since last week.
