I call in on Wednesday at 11.30 for an increase on my credit card
Ref 13184-071716406 and spoke to a agent
The agent told me I qualified for 50 000 I informed to increase by a further 1000 00 only
She said to me to she was going to fax me the quote to sign and I need to send my ID and Pay slip
sent me a SMS with email address. I did sent the documents and not heard any think.
I also received an SMS saying I have exceeded my limit. I call in today spoke to a other agent and tell me the same thing, she also said cannot pick up the ref nr. Why do you grive ref nrs
This is so wrong if the agents say one thing on the phone and do the opposite.

Please also note my Credit Card gets paid via Debit order every month.
I need an explaination please
