To whom it may concern,
I have a policy with LegalWize and have sent numerous requests was for cancellation since the 20th May & up to date NO RESPONSE.
The last correspondence I received was from Elsie Molokwane (20th May) & after I sent her my ID number, I never got any response.
I have read reciepts from her and a few other people within the customer care group & up to date not one person has even bothered to respond to my email.
I am sick of paying every month for a service which I have not used & have tried giving my 30 days notice but it seems these people are just dragging out the process so that they can keep billing me.
I dont want to wait 30 days from whenever they DECIDE to respond, & then keep paying until they decide to cancel.
PLEASE can someone help me as I have emailed and also called numerous times and all the consultants can tell me is they need written cancellation and I have to email or fax through my request.
PS: I have copies of all requests & attachments which I keep forwarding along with each new request to below addresses.
