I am writing to you in response to a news artcle on unauthorised debits from clients bank accounts
After doing an online loan finders application and cancelling it a R350 was deducted op 26 June from my Capitec account. I called the same day and requested a refund.the same day, i was told a consultant would return my call.
to date no one called and I called their office this morning and was given a reference and was told payment is made on a Friday only. Well 2 Fridays have passed and the funds have not been credited to my account yet
