Very Rude Abnoxious Agent

So i got an sms to call the collections department to make arrangemts and i phoned the number provided on that sms i spoke to a female agent named Gugu explaining my reason for the call she told me i shouldnt have gotten the sms i told its probably because i sent them a letter stating that im going on maternity she then processed to tell me i should have told her that at first instants she said she asked me a number of times what does the sms say and i should have told exctaly what it says i told her the sms has a ref no i asked her to transfer me to her manager since it seems she didnt want to assit me and its her job to do that she was screeming and shouting telling me its not her job to ask me any relevant questions i was supposed to tell her she proceeded to hang up while i was on the line.

I am not angry but im livid it seems like the is no criteria when hiring people that have to speak to clients this lady has absolutely no respect and should not be in this position if i had the financial means i was going to pay this card off and cancel it and do no business with african bank going forward i can not be treated like this simply unacceptable.
