Unexplained deduction

On the 27 June 2013 I called Fnb contact center regarding deduction on my Platinum cheque account. An agent told me she noticed the deductions but they don't show to which beneficiary are they going to and I must contact Fnb sunny park because its my branch and they will tell me what those deductions are for. I called Sunny park branch and spoke to Tebogo, he then took my details and said he will look into this matter and give me a call on Friday which he never did. He then calls me on Monday to tell me he just saw a note on his table that he must call me back and I must remind him what it was about. I told him he promised to call me back with a feedback, till today I'm still waiting (clearly he didn't deliver as promised). How infuriating to repeat yourself to someone who promised to give feedback!

I don't understand how can FNB honour payments to beneficiaries who they do not know. Who submitted a request for this payment? I want my money back, that's all!
