Falsely subscribed and failure to repay back

For 2 /3years i have had this deduction going thru my account eventualy i tried to follow it up with the bank of who it was and what it was for they gave me PC3 details i called them asked them to stop the deduction as i have not signed or agreed to any of their services. i was promised that will be cleared another year passed and its a nightmare getting thru their call center as it takes approximately /-20 just to get thru to a consultant which is a systems designed to let u forget and let them continue to deduct the money in your account. eventualy i had time found a very nice gentlement who tried by all means to assist me as i was given 21 days ETA for my monies to be in my account that expired the 3 of sep. This gentlemen suggested i send the an email, which is where nompumelelo and Elma came in. They could not give me any feedback instead they just ignored my email after they told me they are waiting for finance department. i have been waiting since. My Refund Ref 18686827 16 September 2013.
