Please train the people in your call centre

I phoned FNB last week thursday to close my fnb credit card, and to have the excess funds transferred out.
the never bothered to tell me about the account closure form (only heard about that this morning when i phoned to follow up!!!) this is thus now once again delaying the process - i am so glad i am closing this accounts. you also still charged me monthly card fees for a paid up account and a card i dont even have - ridicilous!!!
