I made an application to change a homeloan acc to an access bond. I was told to fill in forms and hand in at the branch. 2 weeks go by and i phone Daine to ask about my app, he says he will get back too me. Another week goes by and i phone Daine about access bond, he blames someone else for not returning his call but says he will sort out. He doesnt call back so i call again and tell him im upset now. He says i can actually call a Toll free number and do app over the phone. I do so and the call centre tells me they can do apps for Trusts on the phone. Shocking service!!!
