I am Stewart Sayers I applied for my ID on the 0342013 and paid the amount of R140.00. I contacted the wynberg branch with no answer after which I contacted home affairs customer service and was informed that I am on the Their system but my documents are still at their Wynberg branch. Till today no one have contacted me. I it will be inconvinience to myself to take another day off from work seeing that it was not my fault. What am I suppose to do.
