Waiting for Bad Service

I can't say that I have been impressed with the FNB Wynberg Branch any point in time. Although, the one staff member, Ricky, is kind and helpful.
There is no control as to who see's a consultant when. I had been waiting for quite a long period of time and people that where cue'd behind me ended up being assisted before me. I don't know if it is because I am young and maybe I am not taken seriously, but I do feel as if I will never set foot in there again, unless I have an hour to spare to watch others being assisted before me.
Unfortunately, this is becoming quite the usual service standard as FNB's. Not to mention the phone service!
