BAD SERVICE

I'm complaining about the service i got from Clientele. I requested for my statements for the Policies i have with them. I was told that they will be emailed to me after 2 weeks. Today is the 3rd week i'm still waiting. I called them firstly on the 8th of January2013 i spoke to Jennifer Jasson and Vanessa steyn. Again on the 17th of January 2013 I spoke to Nomonde Mdebuka she also still promised to send me the same day. Till today i'm still waiting.

Vanessa said to me i will be getting -R480 for my IFA insurance. I still dont understand what is going on as i'm still waiting till today for the statements. I know the statements dont even take a day to retrieve as i'm also working for a Financial services.
