My mother applied for a loan from African Bank Mokopane witch was submitted to JHB for approval on 03/07/2013 before 10am.
On 03/07/2013 I spoke to Sakhisizwe Godfrey Hlongwane and Tumie. Godfrey promised to do follow up on employment and get back to me on 04/07/2013. Which he did. Then since 10am I have had no feedback from them and I spoke to the PA of Leon who i take is the Director and this lady is so rude. She does not deserve the seat she is sitting in. Spoke to about 20 people and still now @ 1H30 no feedback.
This is pathetic service as they don't keep to their service charter.
